These terms cover your use of webvipers.com. The services we provide to clients are governed by a signed service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Using this website

• The content on this site is for general information. It is not a contract or an offer to provide services.
• Prices shown are starting prices. Your exact quotation is confirmed in writing.
• Expected results are expectations, not promises. We never guarantee leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, approvals or rankings.
• You must not misuse the site, its forms or its chat, including by sending spam or attempting to access it without permission.
• The WebVipers and RaabtaHQ names, logos and site content belong to WebVipers.

Our two guarantees

We make exactly two guarantees. The full wording is in the service agreement; in summary:

1. Live in 10 days

If your system is not live within 10 days of the start date, your first month's fee is credited. This applies when we receive admin access to the agreed accounts by day 2, raw videos by day 5, and approvals within 48 hours of each request.

2. Every lead answered within 60 seconds, 24/7

From go-live, every new enquiry on the channels connected to RaabtaHQ receives a first reply within 60 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This excludes outages of third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram or telephone networks.

Everything else we describe, such as revenue-by-ad visibility from month 1, measurable improvement from month 2 and best results from month 3, is an expectation and not a guarantee.

Third-party services

Ad spend, WhatsApp message fees and AI usage are paid by clients directly to the platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms' decisions, policies, approvals or outages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
